Depending on availability, purchases may be made either directly through www.thedigmination.com or through the assistance of our online personal shoppers.
Online purchases from this section of the website may be made by residents of the U.S., for delivery to clients in the continental U.S. We are unable to deliver online purchases to other places at this time, but are establishing worldwide retailers in the near future.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Digmi Clothing products available for purchase online include t-shirts, hoodies, hats and more. All products from this website are subject to availability; as necessary, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order.
PRICING AND PAYMENT OPTIONS
While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.
Title to any products you order on this website, and risk of loss or damage to products, passes to you on delivery of the products, provided that we have received payment in full for the products.
Prices displayed on the Digmi Clothing website are listed in USD. Digmi Clothing Company accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

At that point, your order is ready to be shipped. Your credit card will be charged at the time you submit your order.
SALES TAX
Digmi charges state, local and county taxes on online transactions, as required by applicable laws, for the City of Brooklyn, NY.
Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects estimated tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated tax.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Digmi Clothing ships via UPS. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow 24 - 48 hours to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Digmi cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping
In stock items are shipped within 48-72 hours during regular business hours. We ship all of our merchandise within the continental US via UPS, or via USPS Standard if "Economy" shipping is desired. Shipping costs for all merchandise will be calculated at the point of check out based on UPS shipping location and weight criteria. At this point you will have the option to expedite your delivery by choosing one of the express delivery services available through UPS.
Additional 5.00 handling fee applies to all special orders.

If the package cannot be delivered as the customer provided a wrong address or did not accept it, extra shipping or return cost will be at the expense of the customer. Unaccepted packages may be charged a 20 percent restocking fee.
Custom fees or brokers fees are at your expense if applicable in the destination country.
Returns
We gladly accept returns within five days from receipt of purchase, excluding special order items. Washed, worn or otherwise altered merchandise are not acceptable for return. Undergarments, hair accessories, hosiery, hats, and earrings are not acceptable items or return. Items must be returned in original packaging and tags still attached to ensure a credit. Shipping fees both ways are non-refundable.
All returned merchandise must be in its original saleable condition when received. Please be sure to include all of the original material that was sent with the merchandise, otherwise the item is at risk of being unacceptable.
Returns on merchandise that is not defective or the result of an incorrect shipment must be sent prepaid within five days of the date received by customer. No collect shipments will be accepted.
Please email our returns department prior to returning item. We will reply to your message with return instructions.
Returns are accepted only within five days of purchase, for a credit.
No returns will be processed without a copy of invoice(s) or receipt of payment.
Defective Items
Defective items will be replaced if the item is in stock, or, in the event the item is currently out of stock, a refund or credit will be given. A defective item must be reported within 5 days of receipt in order to qualify for full refund. We would also like to note that some of our garments and accessories are quite delicate and may not hold up will if treated improperly. We are unable to accept returns on items that were damaged while worn, washed/dried, or simply did not hold up well after being worn. Please keep this in mind when ordereing.

Please note that it may take 4 to 6 weeks for a return to be credited back to a credit card.
Packages refused by the recipient at the delivery or non delivered because of a wrong address given by the customer, will be charged a 20 percent restocking fee or resend at the expense of the customer. In this instance, customer is also responsible for shipping fees.
Preorders
Preorders are advance purchases made on merchandise scheduled to ship at a future date. Preordered items are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receipt at the Digmi offices, and are officially purchased when you place your order and your credit card is charged at that time. We cannot offer refunds on preordered items.
